SKAARHOJ SDI-GPI Link box is set up to control camera IDs 1 through 8 from the start. The red tally flag for cameras 1 through 8 will be set on the box's SDI output when inputs 1 through 8 are closed to GND. Additionally, the green tally (preview) will be set on the SDI output when input 9-16 is connected to the same DB25 connector.You simply configure the inputs in the web interface if you want tally control of camera IDs other than 1-8 or, for instance, just red tally for camera 1-16.
Connect your source for the camera return feed to the SDI input. Typically, this would be the program's output, which could be enhanced with CCU data through an ATEM switcher, the SKAARHOJ RCP, or the Blackmagic Arduino Shield. The SDI Tally box only overrides Tally information while traversing all CCU data.
