About: Avitech Pacific X-HDUP Extender with PoE

Avitech Pacific X-HDUP Extender with PoE (Power over Ethernet) delivers uncompressed video, audio, mouse/keyboard, IR and DC power over a single CAT5e/6 Ethernet cable. The Pacific X-HDUP 1RU chassis can house 6 modular HDMI/VGA input cards (X-HDUTP/VDUTP) for concurrent signal extension up to a distance of 100 meters.

Each X-HDUTP/VDUTP is equipped with an HDMI loop output for local monitoring or used as another X-HDUTP’s source.
Consecutive looping through multiple X-HDUTP facilitates distributing and extending a video signal up to 12 locations in parallel, making the Pacific Extender well-suited for high-resolution signage displays.

With support of human interface device (HID), the Pacific Extender is also an ideal solution for extending touchscreen functionality.
